Waiting on Wednesday is about sharing a book every week you cannot wait to be published. This week, I'm waiting on
by Jenny Han
Genre: Young Adult, Romance, Chick-Lit, Contemporary
Pages: 288
Expected Publication: April 15, 2014
Publisher: Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers
Description from Goodreads:
To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before is the story of Lara Jean, who has never openly admitted her crushes, but instead wrote each boy a letter about how she felt, sealed it, and hid it in a box under her bed. But one day Lara Jean discovers that somehow her secret box of letters has been mailed, causing all her crushes from her past to confront her about the letters: her first kiss, the boy from summer camp, even her sister's ex-boyfriend, Josh. As she learns to deal with her past loves face to face, Lara Jean discovers that something good may come out of these letters after all.
I don't know about you, but to me this sounds like a perfect summer read! I rarely end up reading chick-lit, but sometimes you come across with amazing sounding gems like To All the Boys I've Loved Before, and you just know that you have to get a copy of it!
What do you think about To All the Boys I've Loved Before?

It does, doesn't it! I can't wait to get my hands on it. :)
DeleteI really like the idea so let's hope the execution is as good! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't read a ton of contemporary, but this looks really good. Great choice! Thanks for visiting my WOW today:-)
ReplyDeleteMe neither to be completely honest, but there was just something about this one, so that's why I listed it today. :) Thanks for stopping by here as well!
DeleteMy review for this book will be posted on Monday! I hope you love this one, Sofia. Also, I see that you are reading Between the Devil! I LOVED that book so much - and am really excited to read book two! :D
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog!
Alyssa @ The Eater of Books!
I need to keep an out for your review then! :) Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea is really different from what I usually read and I'm really curious what's going to happen next. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI really love your blog header! And this is a book I'm waiting on too! I'd be SCARRED FOR LIFE if my secret letters were mailed D:
ReplyDeleteThanks I really like it too! The Cutest Blog on the Block has plenty of different options, if you're interested. :) Haha, I would be pretty devastated as well if someone got hold of my letters that I never really meant to send to anyone. I bet the main character in the book is as well!
DeleteThis isn't my sort of read, but I think it's definitely a fun one for those who like the genre. And you're right, it would be a good summer read.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my WoW.
Kim @ Book Munchies
To be honest, it has been ages since I've read chick-lit and occasionally I have this need to read something a bit more lighter, so hopefully this book will satisfy my craving for fluffy books. :) Thanks for stoping by!
DeleteI discovered this one on another blogger's WoW a few months ago and ever since then, I've wanted to read it! It sounds like a really fun read. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my WoW.
Yeah, it sounds so cute that I just had to add it to my TBR list. :) Thanks for stopping by here as well!
DeleteYay, I am SUPER STOKED for this one! I love Jenny Han's writing and this one sounds super cute. Plus, I love the cover. Great pick, Sofia! <3
ReplyDeleteAimee @ Deadly Darlings
I haven't read anything from Jenny Han yet so I'm excited to see how her writing is! :) Thanks for visiting!
DeleteI've been curious about Jenny Han's novels. This looks super cute, and definitely something perfect for summer or late spring.
ReplyDeleteEllen @ Glamorous Book Lounge
I have some exams coming up soon so I think this would be a perfect balance for some academic reading. :) Let's hope it's good. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteThis definitely sounds terrifying. I'd die if all the guys I liked in high school saw all of the sappy poems I wrote about them. Couldn't imagine that actually happening while I was still there... suffice to say I'm very interested in this.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my WoW!

I would be pretty mortified as well! I did have a wild imagination back in high school.. Thanks for visiting and commenting. :)
DeleteIt sounds amazing to me! I loved Jenny Han's previous novels and this one seems even better, especially with the mortifying situation the protagonist ended up in! I might die of embarrassment had I been in her place.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read anything from the author yet so it makes me even more excited about this book - no preconceptions! :) Thanks for stopping by!
