Waiting on Wednesday (#10)

Waiting on Wednesday is about sharing a book every week you cannot wait to be published. This week, I'm waiting on

by Jenny Han

Genre: Young Adult, Romance, Chick-Lit, Contemporary
Pages: 288

Expected Publication: April 15, 2014
Publisher: Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers

Description from Goodreads:

To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before is the story of Lara Jean, who has never openly admitted her crushes, but instead wrote each boy a letter about how she felt, sealed it, and hid it in a box under her bed. But one day Lara Jean discovers that somehow her secret box of letters has been mailed, causing all her crushes from her past to confront her about the letters: her first kiss, the boy from summer camp, even her sister's ex-boyfriend, Josh. As she learns to deal with her past loves face to face, Lara Jean discovers that something good may come out of these letters after all.

I don't know about you, but to me this sounds like a perfect summer read! I rarely end up reading chick-lit, but sometimes you come across with amazing sounding gems like To All the Boys I've Loved Before, and you just know that you have to get a copy of it!

    1. Thanks I really like it too! The Cutest Blog on the Block has plenty of different options, if you're interested. :) Haha, I would be pretty devastated as well if someone got hold of my letters that I never really meant to send to anyone. I bet the main character in the book is as well!

    1. To be honest, it has been ages since I've read chick-lit and occasionally I have this need to read something a bit more lighter, so hopefully this book will satisfy my craving for fluffy books. :) Thanks for stoping by!

  14. This definitely sounds terrifying. I'd die if all the guys I liked in high school saw all of the sappy poems I wrote about them. Couldn't imagine that actually happening while I was still there... suffice to say I'm very interested in this.

  15. It sounds amazing to me! I loved Jenny Han's previous novels and this one seems even better, especially with the mortifying situation the protagonist ended up in! I might die of embarrassment had I been in her place.
